I have joined Armada on 5/2010, at that time the legal department was operating under supervision of the Vice Chairman directly, I was responsible for setting up an autonomous legal department, successfully handled all legal matters related to the company’s real estates operations, Supervised and driven dispute resolution and arbitration cases, company legal representative before RERA, Experts, Dubai municipality and Rental disputes center, cooperate with external law firm, review and draft memos, leasing contracts, documents and correspondences, advised CEO of legal requirements for the relevant jurisdictions, follow up criminal cases and prime company representative before police stations.
I've successfully minimised company costs by managing all legal requires for arbitration cases.
