I have joined Armada on 5/2010, at that time the legal department was operating under supervision of the Vice Chairman directly, I was responsible for setting up an autonomous legal department, successfully handled all legal matters related to the company’s real estates operations, Supervised and driven dispute resolution and arbitration cases, company legal representative before RERA, Experts, Dubai municipality and Rental disputes center, cooperate with external law firm, review and draft memos, leasing contracts, documents and correspondences, advised CEO of legal requirements for the relevant jurisdictions, follow up criminal cases and prime company representative before police stations.

I've successfully minimised company costs by managing all legal requires for arbitration cases.

Ministry of Justice for almost 30 years, wherefore he had so long work experience of all kind of cases, I was recruited to manage civil cases department and legal procedures, attend hearings and expert sessions.

I have joined DIRC on 4/2014; DIRC was facing many problems with legal matters, I was recruited to be responsible for set up and manage a strong legal department and qualified legal team, study and analyze the general legal status of the company especially the major cases and prepare a report to GM for each case and prepare legal strategy to resolve all, advising the management of all legal matters, organize with external attorney to manage and supervise lawsuits, advising and supervising the legal team (assistant and secretary), prime company legal representative before arbitral tribunals, Rental Disputes Center, police stations, experts, and investigation authorities..etc. review and draft contracts, agreements and amendments, Organize and coordinate with the other departments regarding legal issues, study and analyze monthly reports prepared by other departments (e.g. leasing department, collection department and H.R department...etc) regarding the legal problems and issues they have faced, ensure the compliance to rules and regulations issued by concerned authorities (e.g. RERA and DLD).
