UTILITIES SECTION HEAD, EGYPT HYDROCARBON CORPORATION

Sharing in the Construction of Water Treatment units including Cooling
System, Pre‐treatment unit, Demineralization unit and steam system with
following up/reviewing the PFD's, PID's and the isometric drawings. In
addition sharing in the pre‐commissioning, commissioning and start‐up of
such units of train 1 and both water treatment units of new extension trains
(2&3) of the plant
* participating in solving some bottlenecks and participate in modifications
achieved to the water treatment unit
* Acting as Utility Shift Leader performing a variety of duties in the plant.
Includes Collecting daily/monthly plant production and operating data,
monitoring performance of plant and facilities, preparing daily performance
summary and recommending corrective actions to deal with abnormalities
* Preparing startup and shutdown procedures for all utilities units as well as
preparing DCS and Field log sheets for the plant
* Acting as Training Instructor in Company training Center for utilities Courses
* Ability to use MAXIMO as end user for contact with other Departments
PAINTING QC INSPECTOR, PEINIGER INTERNATIONAL EGYPT (P.I.E)
From 2004 - 2005
Acting as Painting Inspector providing assurance of the quality of the paint application
* Verify that all surfaces are in suitable conditions for painting
* Report all surface defects to consultant and owner at the prep stage,
intermediate coat and final finish

* Notify the consultant and owner of any anomalies or irregularities in the
specifications
* Review all areas in scope of work with paint contractor prior to prep and paint
application
* Designate a mock‐up area for each step in the painting process
