•• Manage the Support Services team and ensure it has the resources, skills and competence to fulfill its performance objective. Determine optimum Support Services manning levels in terms of numbers/competency.
• Managing the daily operational interfaces ensuring safe and cost effective processes are effected in support of operations, maintenance and project activity

• Participate in daily operations meetings and improve the structure of communication with PhPC PSCM Team

• Coordinate effectively with PSCM Logistics Specialist to manage freight forwarding activities, ensuring the effective delivery of material and equipment for import & export through the contract freight provider.
• Management of all yard operations, including loading / offloading of vehicles, direct material movement control to offshore and all lifting operations performed within the yard perimeter
• Project interface, providing guidance and recommendation on the capabilities / capacity of the supply base and the support required for project delivery
• Budget preparation, follow up and control for the whole district. Budget reporting for Support Services department
• Management of HR related aspects (work cycle, training, Time sheets, Daily contract Salary, etc.
• Management of Port Said site contracts (update, validity, etc.).

 Make special studies for additional allowances, its limitations and payment regulations.
 Select Suitable Computer programs to apply financial & title class. Modifications to assure accuracy & easy retrieve of data.
 Follow up, check and data entry to all financial matters related to payroll.
 Applying all financial adjustments to employees’ salaries such as Experience Bonus, Merit, and Evaluation for Employees...etc.
 Pay company contribution in clubs for all employees& Nursery for female employees according company policy.
 Review employees (salary& bonus amendments, employees rating statistics.
