Responsibilities
1. Use the oracle diagnostics methodologies to analyze Bi applications problems.
2. Communicate with customer to have enough resolution about the product problem complaining about.
3. Resolution period must be minimized and an applicable solution or justification must be delivered in a prober time.
4.Test and reproduce bugs with development.
5.Test the solution delivered to the customer and insure it is effective in solving the problem.
6. Handel critical cases / customers and insure service delivery.
7.Guide junior support personal in analyzing / solving service requests.
8.Conduct training for team members.
Responsible about
-Analyze technical/Business problems facing the analytical system (OFSA)
-Design business solutions and support development at OFSA
-Analyze business Reports requirements.
-Implement / coordination with the IT the needed data structures to support required reports
-Design requested reports .
-Develop a set of reports to monitor the data quality at the source system .
-lead 3 subordinator (1 functional and 2 developers)
a-Assignee tasks to subordinator according to the needed rules
b-Follow-up the assigned tasks with the working team(s)
c-Plan the future requirements based on the business future needs and prepare the team for such needs (end of year, new products, new LOB requirements)
