•Handling all raw material division & implement the supervision on the packaging material division as well as the trading items.
•Handling & managing capex requisitions.
•Develop department annual budget & forecasting.
•Monitor the price technical data & trend for the raw materials & commodities.
•Supervise the tenders and contracts process starting from the pre-qualification, an in-depth analysis till final bid submission and award of contract, insuring the compliance with the public procurement standards and organization policy.
•Handling the online e-tendering and the e-auctions.
•Maintain the highest standard of RFPs, RFQs and RFIs.
•Negotiate & monitor all goods/service local and oversea Contracts.
•Develop and qualify new local and global suppliers with the best and profitable Terms.
•Monitor supplier performance, financially and quality of supply and service.
•Improve and set supply chain & demand Planning processes.
•Develop and improve the department KPI’s.
•Set the supply chain & demand planning, to ensure availability of material or product.
•Implement supply chain that support business strategy adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategy.
•Develop, qualify & approve new suppliers into organization database efficiently.
•Lead the profitable Projects for the organization.
•Monitor all LC’s and suppliers payments performance.
•Ensure the reporting of the KPIs.
•Ensure compliance of rules & regulations as per laws in the respective countries of subsidiaries: Working policy, Safety, Health Environment and Quality policy
