•Responsible in dealing with customers taking several kinds of loans (car loans, personal loans, credit cards) and convincing them with the importance of paying on time, and the consequence of this act ( late payment fees, overdue fees …..) which will help to learn how to deal with almost all kinds of customers .
•Working with all fellow employees and supervisors to help reach the target of the month, and the target of the day.
•Working with the branches to find out if there is any problem with the customer’s account, like checking if the payment is paid, or seeing if the payment did not pass due to the lack of money or if there is money and the branch did not pass the payment.
•Attending training sessions to learn about new products or new and better ways to deal with customers.
