RESPONSIBILITIES
-- Responsible for the HR functions within Galva Coat
- Monitoring & controlling of overall activities of HR & Administration Department.
- Creation & Implementation of Management policies, review, renewal & upgrading.
- Represent the company matters in Government ministries and other departments.
- Controlling the Public Relations Department activities.
- Follow-up and managing Media, Safety & Health of employees, medical insurance, workmen insurance, vehicles & other insurance.
- Maintain the human resource information system and employee database
- Identify and manage training and development needs for employees (External & Internal).
- Review of Organization Chart & Wage scale.
- Administer compensation and benefits
- Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation
- Benchmark compensation and benefits
- Job Analysis.
- Employee Performance Management.
- Planning of Yearly budget of HR Dept.
- Manpower Needs Planning and Selection of Workers and Staff.
- Recruitment of staff in accordance with requirement to balance the strength for smooth functioning of the work in each department.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation.
- Conduct exit interviews
- Implement and monitor performance management system
- Payroll Management. Final checking of Timesheet received from Timekeepers, and checking the Debit details received from Finance Dept. for Generating Payroll sheet.
- Preparing the Vacations Settlements of staff, End of Service Benefits Final Settlements.
- Provide consultation to management on employee relations issues, and manage all disciplinary issues within Galva Coat. Manage all redundancy situations including calculations, financial guidance and communications to affected employees.
- Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness
- Work closely with Top Management and employees on all grievance issues within Galva Coat.
- Provide Top Management and others with various types of employee reports, absence, compensation, annual leave, overtime costs and headcount.
- Managing Group Health Insurance policies & renewal negotiations.
- Managing all Workmen Compensation Insurance Policy & Claims issues.
- Responsibility for ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and employment legislation and health and safety at work legislation.
