Saudi Arabia Finance Manager

• Managing all aspects of day-to-day financial activities across all operating entities.
• Managing all aspects of tax & legal compliance activities such as; entity corporate governance, VAT and all direct & indirect taxes.
• Maintaining a robust internal control environment and overall responsible for signing off on the quarterly Control Operating Self-Assessment COSA.
• Assuring Group Accounting Policies are communicated, understood and adhered to at all times
• Leading and supervising the Finance Department with hiring, training, monitoring, managing and appraising the Finance staff.
• Promoting financial discipline and cost optimization as well as business process improvement & opportunities.
• Overseeing the preparation of monthly management and financial reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
analyze and explain major variances to Budget and Forecast
• Managing and coordinating all treasury matters, facilities, BGs, cash management.
• Leading Cost savings, high efficiency, productivity monitoring, and process improvement initiatives.

• Oversee the preparation of monthly management and financial reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow sales. Analyze and explain major variances to Budget and Forecast

• Managing all accounting and reporting aspects for projects from concept to commissioning.
• Responsible for working capital efficiency including, Billing supervising, DSO, cash flows, and client relationship
• Compliance assurance with SOX, USGAP, and IFRS
