•Preparing Quotations according to the workshop and body shop recommendations.
•Updating the customer with all necessities that should be repaired in his car through defining all technical terms used in the quotation.
•Attempting to reach to the best deal with the customer financially taking into consideration the customer’s ability without affecting his satisfaction negatively.
•Following up with the workshop and body shop the repair process.
•Assuring the vehicles clean and ready for delivery before calling customer to receive.
•Driving the car with the customer after the repair to make sure that all complains was solved.
•Explaining the invoice for the customer in terms of replaced parts and labor time spent. And in case of warranty explain to the customer what parts were replaced.
•Promoting and selling accessories and life style.
•Meeting with consumer protection and finding solution for all cases raised by customers.
•Supporting the team in solving difficult problems with their customers, or if they have any difficulty in convincing the customer with the quotation.
•Handling and solving difficult complains sent by the CRM team for me and the team.
