North Africa Regional Business Unit Security Manager
Region Countries (Egypt, Sudan North, Sudan South, Libya, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco)
Assess and analyze security situation in region countries and recommend necessary procedures.
Manage the development and implementation of physical aspects of global and regional security policies, standards guidelines and procedures.
Monitor security policies, systems and procedures to abide with government security requirements and policies.
Physical and individual protection responsibilities that include asset protection, workplace violence prevention included VIPs security.
Install and maintain security systems like access control systems, anti-intrusion and video surveillance.
Responsible in planning, directing and managing all required operational, administrative activities related to Emergency Response.
Collect and analyze security data to determine security needs.
Plan and follow up Security Department annual and midterm plans, check and take necessary action to achieve or modify plans according to needs.
Drawing up the annual security department budget and participate in the financial monthly and quarterly reviews on budget performance.
Effectively manage and control the security budget and provide accurate information.
Represent security on any relevant project, workgroups and project boards.

Investigate tourist's complaints and crimes against them, and inform the investigation unite when needed.
Facilitate any difficulties that tourists may face.
c)Deputy Chief of Operation, Administration, Personnel, and Financial unit .(2 year)
Manage and Supervise department's - HQ, Stations, and Substations - operation, admin, personnel, finance and logistics.
Schedule the training plan time table.
Train, and induct the department's police forces.
Identify CIVPOL's Information Technology and Communications devices needs for each phase of the mission.
Plan and supervise a distribution plan.
Plan an IT and communication plan for the CIVPOL.
Determine the devices configurations.
Maintain the IT and communication devices hardware and software.
Design and install CIVPOL HQ computers network.
Participated with the installation team to install the V-Sat system (Internet through satellites)

Receive informer's reports and inform designated police departments in charge to take necessary actions
b)Chief of Operations room. (3 months)
Receive informer's reports through telephones
Direct the designated police department to incidents scenes.
Supervise and direct operation room police juniors.
Follow up convoys during movements within province borders. Liaise with other provinces operation rooms to escort convoys.

Manage and Supervise substation's operation, admin, personnel, finance and logistics.
