• Covering the EMEA regions (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
• Coordinating with CBT management to identify ongoing needs;
• Recruiting Employees in Key Locations Globally mainly in the Europeans market
• Headhunting potential candidates through international online channels
• Screening candidates that fit the required profile by CBT’s Global Clients.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment process until candidate’s onboarding.
• Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts for multiple locations in Gulf and MENA regions, specifically Lebanon and Dubai, develop hiring policies, strategies, procedures, plans and build a strong employment brand.
• In charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and end to end recruitment processes.
• Managing entire recruitment lifecycle for the holding subsidiaries: Construction/Engineering, Real Estate, Building Materials, General Services, Event Management, Interior Design, Security Services, Facility Management, Hospitality, FMCG, Food and Beverages, E Commerce.
• Handling White Collar and Blue-Collar recruitment, cooperating with national/international manpower agencies, Maintain demand letters and contracts.
• Controlling hiring requests, recruitment forms and reports, CVS Registry, job offers tracking reports, Tests (IQ, Languages, Computer and Technical), employment offer letters/contracts agreements and all related files and documentation.
• Provide vital link between employers and candidates; Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from clients and building relationships to gain a better understanding of their hiring needs.
• Conducting research for potential candidates over several platforms and matching them with clients requirements and finalize the end-to-end process.
• Extensive experience in recruitment within the GCC and MENA regions with focus on the following industries: Construction, Engineering, Retail and Wholesale, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Event Management Pharmaceuticals, Hospitality, Real Estate, Industrial, Information Technology, Luxury Goods & Jewelry, others.
• Oversees HR departments operations, develop and implement strategies, plans, policies and procedures; Handling recruitment process by executing recruiting plans and budgeting.
• Create job description, posting vacancies over multiple recruitment channels, screening, sourcing, headhunting, shortlisting, interviewing, job offer, onboarding and induction formalities.
• In charge of all employees personal files, staff handbooks, HR records, payroll, compensation and benefits, training and developments, grievances and disciplinary procedures.
• Provides support and coordination to supervisors and staffs in all related human resource department activities, assist in developing, implementing HR policies, procedures and regulations; Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries and assistance.
• Maintain records of personnel data; Support the hiring manager by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts.
