● Management and direction of a team of Engineers and Inspectors.
● Chair Progress Meeting with the Client & Contractor, In addition to chair any requested technical Meeting and / or Work shop Requested by any parties involved in the project to give the technical advice related to any technical issues.
● Acts as prime point of contact for the construction supervision aspects of the project, including approves and monitors contractor’s quality assurance and control, progress reporting, safety, financial recommendations, approved material submission and design modifications.
● Builds a trusted relationship with the management team and with the client’s counterpart staff.
Places an emphasis on safe construction practices (Target Zero) and on maintaining a high quality of construction. Leads by example in driving safe practices on site.
● Uses effective project management and controls systems to regularly report on progress to the management team.
● Monitors progress of construction against the programme, and takes steps to ensure the programme is achieved.
● Ensures that the project quality control procedures are used for supervision works and monitors it for improvement. Cooperates with audits required in accordance with the contract requirements.

Review and approve the concrete mix design
Direct the inspector to maintain proper recording of concrete quality during casting including cubes, slump …etc.
Review contractor submittals
Inspect the work on the site or direct the inspector for proper inspection and provide comments on the inspection requests
Review and reply the contractor’s RFI’S
Witness the testing of the some materials as per the site requirements
Maintain continuous inspection of work at site and issue the necessary remedial notes for any defected works observed at site
Monitor the enforcement of safety issues at site and report immediately on any violation
Make sure that the inspection requests and the shop drawing are properly coordinated
Review the shop drawing with the approved drawing
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
