• Assessing learners’ satisfaction, level of improvement and change of attitude based on evaluation’s models;
• Identifying key stakeholders and performing analysis on requirements for the success of projects;
• Creating, executing and adjusting plans;
• Defining the scope of projects based on the organization’s need to meet the customers’ expectations;
• Identifying team members and defining roles and responsibilities;
• Executing tasks defined in the project plan in order to achieve the project goals;
• Ensuring the project deliverables conform to quality standards established in the project quality plan;
• Measuring customer satisfaction at the end of projects;

Main activities and responsibilities:
• Customization & Development of the eLearning, Knowledge Management, Project Management components of the Virtual Collaborative Working Environment (VeBMS) portal;
• Examination of the functional and technological architecture of Virtual eBMS e-Learning Platform;
• Creating a methodology for e-Learning content based on the ADDIE model;
• Development of web learning content (SCORM compliant);
• Conducting research on e-Readiness and the integration of ICT in Education and Training;
• Analysis and exploration of the e-Learning initiatives, in Academic and Business contexts;
• Set up of an e-Learning demonstration, involving Italian & Jordanian partners;
• Support and promote the launch of pilot projects in Italy and Jordan;
• Requirements’ analysis;
• Creation of an e-Business Management Competence Centre in collaboration with University of Jordan. The centre aims at promoting the digital innovation and change management practices;
• Assessment, evaluation and follow-up of progress for the students of the International Master in e-Business Management Program.
