▪ Saudization implementation; includes: but not limited to, Nitaqat improvement, retention initiatives, frequent meetings and attending workshops, seminars, and job fairs sponsored/organized by Ministry of HR.
▪ Strategic HR management; includes: but not limited to, employee engagement, performance management, and managing the implementation and improvement of policies and procedures (within the ministry and employer)
▪ Talent Acquisition: including employer branding, recruitment, succession planning, employee experience, orientation& onboarding

▪ Recruiting staff - includes: developing job descriptions, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing
and selecting candidates
▪ Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
▪ Conducting workplace investigations and apply proper disciplinary action as per Saudi Labor Law
▪ Managing employee benefits (health plans, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and end of service benefits)
▪ Processing monthly payroll in a timely/accurate manner
▪ Maintaining personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
