• Uses service manuals and electronic service information system, reads technical and
recall campaign bulletins and conveys same to staff, to over come any difficulty in
effecting repairs.
• Maintains discipline among manpower, takes necessary measures to keep workshop tidy
and clean as well as customer's cars and company's assets.
• Responsible to control team's productivity, to achieve company's target, by searching
enough work at the tower, to minimize technician's idle time.
• Submits reports regularly to his superiors, concerning staff promotion, dismissals or
other measures to be taken, to upgrade the performance standard.
