Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing & Supervising three Corporate teams in Jordan with a portfolio Exceeding 550 million JDs.
- Managing & Supervising one Corporate team in Iraq with a portfolio Exceeding 50 million JDs.
- Performing Advanced Financial Analysis (vertically, Horizontally, and ratio analysis).
- Managing & supervising daily corporate transactions.
- Managing & supervising all syndication loans the bank participate in.
- Assessing Financial Needs of customers (short, medium & long term)
- Forecasting Future Performance using cash flow analysis and projected income statement and balance sheet.
- Assessing Budgets & Feasibility Studies.
- Evaluating Reports & Generating High Level Reports.
- Recommending all legal documentation and submitting it to the legal counseling department.
- Monitor the execution of credit facilities set for specific utilizations to detect any early signs of inefficiency.
- Maintain and enhance customer relationship.
- Member in credit decision process.
- Managing & Supervising Corporate Credit Portfolio Exceeding 300 million JDs
- Performing Advanced Financial Analysis (vertically, Horizontally, and ratio analysis)
- Managing & supervising all syndication loans the bank participate in.
- Assessing Financial Needs of customers (short, medium & long term)
- Forecasting Future Performance using cash flow analysis and projected income statement and balance sheet.
- Assessing Budgets & Feasibility Studies.
- Evaluating Reports & Generating High Level Reports.
- Recommending all legal documentation and submitting it to the legal counseling department.
- Member in credit decision process.
- Preparing the credit report on a weekly basis for new customers.
- Preparing the annual review reports for existing customers.
- Preparing the credit report for any changes / increases in the existing portfolios.
- Following up loan repayments by customers.
- Managing relationships with existing and new clients.
- Coordinating with other departments like Treasury, Operations, etc for servicing needs of corporate clients.
- Coordinating with the legal department to prepare legal contracts and agreements.
- Following up with banks for syndication of loans.
- Oversees loan documentation.
- Analyze financial statements, reports and cash flows to support credit decisions.
- Review policies and instructions of head management concerning credit facilities on continuous basis and confirm matching in accordance with Central Bank policies and regulations.
- Audit and assess incoming credit facilities applications from branches and related operations of 260 million JD’s portfolio.
- Monitor credit facilities approved by branches in terms of limits, exposures and procedures taken in accordance with head management and Central Bank accordingly.
- Review legal documentation of approved credit facilities, collaterals and conditions prior to their execution.
- Monitor the execution of credit facilities set for specific utilizations to detect any early signs of inefficiency.
- Prepare periodical reports on the credit facilities portfolio in general and non-performing accounts in specific to detect branches efficiency to correct and transfer such accounts up to a performing level or terminate these accounts with full protection of the bank’s rights.
