Working in Reem Hospital, I am leading the Spine unit in Orthopaedics departement, where i am performing Endoscopic and Minimal Invasive Spine Surgery, where my role is not only privide the best quality of care to patients with spine disorders, but leading the Endoscopic training program for spine surgeons in Middle East, becoming one of the pioneer of this technique in the region, and First of its kind on the Region.
Working in Healthpoint Hospital, I am leading the Spine unit in Orthopaedics departement, where i am performing Minimal Invasive Spine Surgery, specially Endoscopic Lumbar Discectomy becoming one of the pioneer of this technique in the region.
I work as Consultant Neurospinal surgeon where I perform Minimal Invasive Spine Surgeries, assist and monitorize at specialists with less experience in Minimally Invasive Surgery, maintaining the continuous development and improvement of minimally invasive techniques in the area.

FUNCTIONS: AS DIRECTOR: I organize, coordinate, authorize and direct the activities of the Margarita Spine Institute directed to integrate the work of a Multidisciplinary team (Neurosurgeons, Neurophysiologists, Physiatrist, Psychologists, Nutritionists, Images Units) to care for the patient with spinal pathology in the area and the Caribbean.
AS NEUROSURGEON: I perform invasive procedures aimed at treating back pain, diagnostic and therapeutic percutaneous procedures, and assist and monitorize at specialists with less experience in Minimally Invasive Surgery, maintaining the continuous development and improvement of minimally invasive techniques in the area.
I work as Neurosurgeon where I do many kinds of Neurological Surgeries (Vascular and Cancer Cranial, Percutaneous Treatment of Trigeminal Neuralgia, Hipofisary Tumors, Oncological, Traumatic and Degenerative Spine Diseases) and in the last 7 years especially Minimal Invasive Spine Surgery, assisted and monitored specialists with less experience in minimally invasive surgery, maintaining the continuous development and improvement of minimally invasive techniques.
