• Supervision of the commissioning process of the machines by the manufacturer.
• Achieving 100 % of the Pasta production plan allocated for each line while following predetermined Quality and Safety standards.
• Allocates day to day manpower on different functions on the production lines.
• Reviews and monitors production reports and prepares productivity analysis accordingly (including downtime analysis and efficiency analysis).
• Directs production process per line and prepare production schedules.
• Responsible for implementation of changeover process in accordance to the production plan.
• Monitoring waste rates and suggesting means to reduce waste.

• Implementing the quality system 9001: 2015 in the plant and obtaining the relevant quality certificate
• Implementing of HACCP system to production and packing lines
• Supervising and carrying out the internal auditing and leading of the internal audit team, coordinating with the external auditor team.
• Training staff on personal hygiene and public health.
• Supervising the steps of manufacturing and preparing products with their packaging and storage.
• Follow up the entire manufacturing steps and develop work and products.
• Lead the production team in the production hall and train them on work and food safety requirements.

Identify, develop, and implement new oilseeds processing technologies for new products and
processes, process improvements, optimization, and troubleshooting.
•
Provide expertise in oilseeds processing of various feedstocks for manufacture, production, purification,
stabilization, and packaging of vegetable oils, fats, and specialty oils to support customers and
commercial teams.

Provide technical support, including plant troubleshooting.
•
Counsel business units on regulatory changes and ground-breaking technologies in the industry
