• Handling corporate accounts more than 200 vehicles in different sites and n projects for example: (the station project anew Suez tunnels. 3rd line of Cairo
• Handling customers complains and retention.
• Tracking the fleet and the provided service quality to keep on track,
• Follow up with clients to collect the monthly payment.
• Follow up with customers to do the vehicles- needed series,
• Follow up with customers in case of vehicles accidents or broke down.
• Follow up with customers to renew the vehicles license
• Supervising the delivery of new cars to customers. Ensuring that the customer is familiarized with all that he is interested in knowing about the car.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department to direct coordinators to clients to do periodic maintenance, receive accident cars, or deliver nee il cars.
• Le- Follow up with the Final-1.6a! Department to issue the monthly invoices, deriver then' to clients., and amend them in case the client desires to do so
Coordinating with the renting company in terms of quantity and maintenance contracts
Finalizing manual contracts and entering it to the system
Following up with the costumers for any complains, requests and maintenance
Monitoring the Kilometer trips for the fleet
Monitoring the fleet for periodic maintenance
