Monitor and oversee weekly team meetings as well as help team activities.
Identify and monitor strengths plus weaknesses of all Inside Sales Reps.
Stimulate inside Sales Reps as per their individual self-motivational factors.
Interact effectively and conduct effectual sales strategies, tactics along with closing skills.
Ensure to earn true respect of Inside Sales Reps.
Handle all multiple assignments in fast paced atmosphere.
Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing Corporate Marketing initiatives and activities.
• Responsible for all Brand Activation and Trade Show Projects.
• Responsible for Sales Kits, Merchandisers Team, Customer services, Public relations department,
Marketing Services and outsourced display aids for all Brands.
• Evaluate Competitors data, for appropriate timely action.
