• Responsible for Designing and Developing HR Department plans and Initiatives aligned with corporate strategic objectives, including Cost Reductions, Onboarding programs and Branding for Arabsat in the Market.
• Liaises with all business lines to provide advice and guidance over all HR Matters.
• Worked as Project Manager for Restructuring Project in cooperation with elite HR Consultation Companies. To revisit the Manpower, Grading System, Salary Structure and Performance Management System.
• Directs and manages the HR Section mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes to achieve high performance standards.
• Conduct periodic workforce load Analysis & the preparation of the annual manpower planning, conducting recruitment activities and ensuring matching appropriate competencies and qualifications with specific job-related requirements.

• Prepares annual HR budget and submit reports to B.O.D with the required actions.

• Guides organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement, culture, shared values and a high level of employee morale and motivation.
• Ensures maintenance of records of benefits plans such as Payroll Transactions, insurance, pension plans, and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics for reporting.
• Executes the annual increments and salary adjustment cycles in liaison with all Sectors and get it approved from CEO.
• Supervises the performance management activities for Arabsat employees including performance planning & monitoring, end of year performance assessment and performance development.
• Formulates annual training programs and training budgets for all employees.
• Reviews the improvement in employee performance levels based on training provided to him/her and submit reports to assigned Director with the output and recommendations.
