Key deliverables:
•Ensure that the Company’ Accounting records are prepared and updated accurately and in a timely manner at all times.
•Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts and reports
•Preparation of Company’s Statutory Accounts in compliance with required Accounting Standards
•Ensure that the Company’s funds are managed most efficiently. For the purpose, estimate fund requirements accurately and in a timely manner
•Proactively interact with the Vendors to ensure timely updation of the Accounting records relating to their payments, deductions and recoveries.
•Deal with the Company’s Bankers independently and ensure timely reconciliation of balances.
•Responsible for all Taxation Matters and ensure timely compliance
•Ensure all other statutory dues are paid in time and recorded accurately
•Liaise with Statutory Auditors of the Company and ensure timely completion of Audit
•Properly record and protect the Assets of the Company.
•Ensure sound internal controls in place through a continuous review of Business Cycles / Processes
•Active involvement in implementing and maintaining robust Accounting and other Information Systems
