• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our strategic customers.
• Build and maintain solid, sustainable customer relationships.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsor, i.e. Ooredoo, Banks and some governmental accounts.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Identify and grow opportunities within Qatar and collaborate with country manager to ensure growth attainment
• Align with the technology vendors on the projects where we can add value
• Conduct workshops/site visits in and outside Qatar to reinforce the winning strategy
• Attend and invite the customers for exhibitions, events to gain more visibility
The main role is to achieve the assigned targets through the following sales processes/ methodologies:
• Implement strategies, tactics aimed at retention/ enhancement of existing market share
• Develop & maintain productive business relationship with key decision makers across client organizations aimed at identification/ development of new business opportunities
• Render qualitative presentations highlighting organization products & services to existing clients/ prospects
• Focus on identification of opportunities to up-sell, organize & lead account reviews
• Analyze client’s revenue to identify growth prospects
• Liaise with product managers for incorporation of customer insights into the organization roadmap
• Coordinate with team members in converting proof of concepts to real projects
• Work on telecom, non-telecom “ICTE” products
• Implement account strategy for management of internal/ external major complex accounts
• Maintain updated knowledge of customers’ end use markets, important customers and main competitors
• Enhance client satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues & qualitative service delivery
• Set up effective business cases for closing major business deals across key accounts
• Interact with the presales team in qualifying opportunities, and developing products based on market requirements
• Ensuring that the agreed margin has been met
• Monitoring the progress of customer orders with the account manager and provide the assistance and the guidance
