I have managed 3 projects in the government sector - “Eastern Province
Municipality”
and its branches”, 25M Saudi Riyals Budget, 3 years Duration,
Duties & Responsibilities:
▪ Collecting information and requirements from internal departments.
▪ Develops projects plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling,
identification of risks, and allocation of available resources.
▪ Identifies and schedules projects deliverables, milestones, and required
tasks.
▪ Proactively table proposals to higher management for implementing new
software, hardware and technologies for business process improvement.
▪ Maintaining business relationships with stakeholders 6 departments
(shops licenses, building licenses, ad. boards licenses, the legal
administration, financial department, IT department)
▪ Managing the IT team; assigning tasks and assessing performance.
(System Analyst, DBA, 8 Programmers, 4 Technicians, 2 System
Engineers).
▪ Direct and coordinate activities of projects staff to ensure projects
progresses on schedule and within budget.
▪ Develop and maintain technical and projects documentation
▪ Confer with project staff to provide technical advice and resolve
problems
▪ Prepare project Status Report and keep management, clients informed of
project status and related issues.
