Tasks & Responsibilities:
Facility management and operations.
Maintenance team works directing and managing.
Shops fit out supervising and directing.
Relations management with tenants during fitting out phase.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Ensure operation & project's requirements of the factories projects complying regulatory stipulation.
Establish project plan and feasibility study in accordance with operation standards.
Establish connections with consultancy offices approved by Modon, , align the exact and veritable requirements understood.
Review all outputs of consultancy offices in regard the layout design, structural, electromechanical and HVAC designs and drawings.
Approve BOQs, Specifications, and technical standards submitted by consultancy office.
Ensure construction work permit issuing and relevant permits issuing like civil defense, environment permit.
Prepare contracting and bid documents. Managing communication with stakeholders.
Ensure that contractors and other project parties apply all safety requirement.
Participate in machine selection and specification.
Participate with operation team in process mapping and lean manufacturing applying to factory.
Participate with operation to apply ISO standards and food safety regulations.
Leading development projects in factories.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Participate to prepare the feasibility study of the project ( regulations, objectives, market surveys, customer’s needs, areas calculations, floor numbers selection, preliminary budgets based on previous records and experience, all technical aspects necessary for FS)
Conduct the architectural proposals with the architect engineer.
Conduct the process of issuing land papers (KROKI, deeds, land surveys)
Issuing the construction permit through consultancy office.
Review and approve designs (structural, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC), BOQs, Specs from consultancy office.
Conduct interior design process.
Conduct and direct project management activities (projects plan, budgets, time schedules, communication plan, reporting, construction works as per project management standards) .
Participate with the sales team while advertising and selling the propriety. (mock ups - advertising materials preparation - presentation to costumers)
Ensure the maintenance and well operating of facilities after startup and along operation.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Supervising rehabilitation works for the historical buildings of Damascus old city.
Participate in preparing rehabilitation studies for sensitive historical sites.
Participate to prepare of building code specialized for old sites in Damascus city.
Participate with historical documentation project of old sites in Damascus city.
Structural Design for projects (concrete design, Steel design),
Preparing bills of quantities,
Preparing list of technical specification for each item in the design,
