Leading a group of 3 electrical engineers for one of |Ashgal projects
Power supply and distribution scheme.
Low voltage distribution network. (Telephone network, Master antenna television network, Sound system, Fire alarm network, CCTV …etc)
Lighting systems including outdoor and indoor lighting.
Emergency generator and emergency distribution network
Detailed site investigation to evaluate the degree and severity of the
defective area.
Performing the required tests and preparation of technical reports.
Providing a details procedure including modification drawings for both existing and target situation.
Supervision of the work on site to ensure that the recommended procedures were precisely is achieved.
Making a work shop drawing for all electrical and low voltage systems.
Following up with the municipalities till get all the project permits
(KAHRAMA., QCDD, Ooredoo and SSD) here in Qatar
Ensure that all electrical installations are in compliance with the approved contract documents and specifications
Review and approval of prequalification documents, shop drawings and method statement
Response to construction related requests for information (RFI) and clarifications against information contained within the Construction Documents and Specification
Providing high-quality service to clients in a flexible, innovative, responsive and cost effective manner.
Excellent communication and time management skills
Interpret technical statements of work and design documentation as it relates to project planning, budgeting, procurement, implementation, testing, training, and project completion
Work with a variety of documentation on any given project including: submittals, testing, training, implementation, change orders, purchase orders, and subcontracts to ensure high quality of work at a job site
Understands plans and specifications to identify the types and grades of materials and equipment needed to ensure compliance with project requirements.
assisting in the preparation of technical proposals, including assisting in the design and writing the scope of work, management plans, work sequence, safety, quality control and commissioning
Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work in a timely and professional manner.
