• Direct Selling: Market /promote /sell to customers various standard AUBK Islamic products
and services, such as, Liabilities, Financing, Credit Cards, Salary Accounts etc.
• Target Areas: Visit all Government, Semi Government and Private Sector companies.
• Sales Promotions: Attend Bank's sales promotion activities at locations assigned by the Bank.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintains good relationship with all Customers and
potential Customers.
• Document Validation: Verify all supporting documents that are received by customers to
ensure availabilities of all required forms and documents f) Sales Follow up: Follow up where
necessary, with concerned Ministries and other firms to officially register and document the
agreement concluded with customers.
• Meeting Targets: Identify potential customers to increase sales volume in order to achieve
target objectives.
• Sales Report: Log all sales calls and prepare progress reports for deals under
discussion/concluded and submit as per schedule
• Corporate Governance: Comply with all operational, Audit, Risk and regulatory compliance
policies and procedures
• Other Responsibilities: Perform other assignments and related duties as necessary .
• Recommended loan approvals and denials based on customer loan application reviews. Originated, reviewed, processed, closed and administered customer loan proposals. Compiled database of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements and other financial information.
• Developed and maintained business relationships with local real estate agents.
• Submitted loan applications to the underwriter for verification and recommendations.
• Successfully closed an average of \[120, 000 KD\] loans per month.
• Visit customers' locations and presented loan processing.
