• Created partnership with the most reputable institutions worldwide, e.g American University in Cairo (Egypt), TAFE Global (Australia), International Experts (Egypt) and TechZone (UAE).
• Created, maintained and implemented contracts in training and conslutancy with around 45 m QR.
• Created and maintained a huge clients database from all sectors in the state of Qatar and even in the GCC.
• Started a totally new approach in the state of Qatar to provide clients with Training Needs Analysis and then suggest their needs in training.
• About to start many training delivery methodologies to include instructor-led, distance learning and e-learning.
• Created and submitted presentations to government agencies to start the National Computer and Internet Literacy Program NCILP.
• Managing all the Admin and Academic staff in harmony and smooth.
