Ensure that every intervention done by my Team is within the scope of the IMC services and is according to the IMC regulations.
Participate in organizing the IMC events.
Create & prepare Textile Sector Events to communicate & cascading all information & new updates to sector filed.
Assist clients in their registration with IMC.
Launch Factory assessment & Gap analysis.
Determine weak points which need to improve.
Create a Business Development Plan by priority based on my Assessment & Gap analysis Report.
Take the lead in project selection and development to help factories to grow up & meet International Standards.
Prepare Terms of Reference for each Service required.
Play a key role in Service provider selection and contracting ethically in accordance to the IMC regulations.
Launch Project Tenders.
Form part of the evaluation team to assess proposals.

Liaise with service providers & partner institutions as well as with other component, IMC Regional Office staff
and Sector Heads.
Develop request for proposals and tender dossiers.
Ensure that every intervention is within the scope of the IMC services and is according to the IMC regulations
and ensure getting formal approvals from Sector head according to IMC procedures in final contract
initiation.
Participate in organizing the IMC events within the region he is responsible for.
Managing quality with my suppliers
I guarantee the quality of the finished products and the components through a quality control at my supplier’s. I
archive the results.
I define a control plan with my supplier that guarantees the quality and security of the finished products or the
components.
I identify the products with problems for my activity (withdrawals from sale or significant return rate) and I
guarantee they are solved using the 8D method.
I carry out social assessments at my suppliers’.
I guarantee no critical point at my supplier’s (lists defined every year by the quality department)
I validate and commit on a retro schedule and communicate it to the people involved. I alert in
case of delay.
I obtain, archive, sign and have each supplier sign the updated and complete Technical File.
I ensure the manufacturing and the conformity of the countertypes and initial series units for my products and then
have them validated
I encourage the use of common components
Every year I make a purchase analysis of my department and inform the manually quote my suppliers and take part to the Panel Reviews.
I validate Products & fabrics and regularly manage them during the year.
I secure any production transfer decided by the purchaser or made between two local suppliers.
I know my targets in terms of cession prices for each customer.
I optimise the cost price of my products: BOM/ routing list, etc
I analyse my activity every month. On the basis of the forecasts, I implement corrective action plans
I monitor the market and the suppliers even if no needs are identified
I validate the objective of and the need in the sourcing campaign with my process purchaser.
I define the sourcing resources (budget and time) in accordance with the objectives.
I guarantee to the process purchaser a clear vision of the progression of the approach results.
