Undertakes retail administrative duties, within the store: * Day to day full store operations as delegated by the operations' manager.
- Implements and maintains shop standards providing strong impact of visual merchandising, insures availability of fast moving references, providing high level of grooming standards.
- Assures high level of customer service and satisfaction through employee motivation, training and development.
- Direct coaching support and delegate to the team, monitoring their achievement drive to achieve store and brand goals, through daily feedback and follow up.
* Motivates the team and develops their potential by setting clear goals, and delegates their responsibility and supports them to achieve and improve their talents and use it positively in the store to build clear and effective communications' among the team.
* Ensures that all the staff collects data on customer profiles to help identify business opportunities', building loyalty to the company through follow up with customers.
Receives feedback from customers regularly.
- Organizes internal marketing activity, which reflects very positively on the store
- Manages and identifies the training, development and motivation of the staff in the store to meet its objectives.
- Ensures that stores offer optimal levels of customer service at all times through regular meetings and training for staff.
- Conducts regular store visits and explores opportunities to enhance sales in the stores and provide feedback to the head office on their endeavors.
