Responsibilities: •Routine Checkup for GUST assets (Committee rooms, computer systems, projector, etc.) •Handle department supplies, inventory and equipment’s •Inspection of all course logistics before the course start •Send email to Instructors, security verifying the number of Students •Setting up class location with all its necessary setup and course tools •IT Inspection before the course start. •Filling all the feedbacks, Instructors contacts information and all the necessary forms relate to courses / Assessing feedback and sending feedback reports •Prepare the Instructors’ weekly schedule •Coordinate with Instructors for the availability of course materials. •Prepare registration report by registration entries / Attendance certificate distribution •Assigning Students to classes sessions •Handling the cancellation and transfer forms. •Identifying the programs and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes •Creating and maintaining filing systems •Making slandered reporting for (Schedule - Evaluation - Utilization) •Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any programs (Budget VS Actual) •Developing effective induction programs •Managing the delivery of training and development programs and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organization •Monitoring and reviewing the progress of Students through evaluations and feedback •Monitoring and reviewing the progress of the instructor •Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met •Conducting appraisals & evaluating the training and development programs •Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment -having an understanding of e-learning techniques
