• Study technical specifications and prepare technical & commercial offers for projects and seek approval of Sales Manager.
• Provide technical clarifications to customer/ consultant in order to obtain technical submittal approval.
• Prepare project scope of work for tendering, discuss technical and installation issues with contractor.
• Ensure supply of equipment and execution of projects in a cost-effective.
• Arrange for Inspection, Testing and Pre-Commissioning for all Power Systems equipment's (Generators, BESS, Microgrids, Transformers, Solar, MV/LV Switchgear, Synchronization, VFDs, HVAC, ELV systems ... etc.).
• Supervise installation project, and ensure that work progress is on track, and meeting project quality criteria.
• Effectively coordinate the handover and closeout of projects with the Sales Manager/ sales engineer.

• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe,
efficient manner.
• Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and
labor required.
• Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and
training.
• Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' wellbeing into
account.
• Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production and sharing
knowledge with co-workers.
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
• Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.

• Evaluate, organize and prioritize workload within a schedule.
• Approving civil, electrical and mechanical installations plans.
• Subcontracts negotiation and management.
• Managing onsite teams of technical staff.
• Overseeing testing & commissioning of all major components.
• Managing Factory Acceptance Testing and Client handover.

• Installation of FG Wilson generating sets from 20-2000kVA and associated transfer systems.
• Troubleshooting on Perkins engines, Stamford & Leroy Somer Alternators, DSE, ComAp, EasyGen, Heinzmann Governor, Woodward Governor Controls, ABB/Merlin Gerin electrical breakers.
• Compiling technical reports & warranty claims.
• Training client's operation & maintenance staff.
