Recruitment
• Routing applicants to company website to register for available vacancies.
• Review applications for experience and qualifications required for the available vacancy.
• Conduct initial interviews and pre-screening assessments.

ER & Payroll:

• Monitored employee absences making sure of submission of required supporting documents, thereby ensuring compliance with company leave policy and escalating discrepancies to management when necessary.
• Coordination for UAE National Military Service requirements for active employees.

Offboarding:
• Preparation of resignation acceptance and initiating exit formalities.
• Obtaining required clearance from applicable departments prior to finalizing employee End of Service payment.
• Facilitating a smooth exit experience for the employee by liaising with PROs for visa / work permit cancellations, termination from medical & life insurance scheme, UAE & GCC pension as applicable and issuance of Employee Experience letters.
