-Manage all kind of repair/maintenance of vehicles and related spare parts and scheduling of fleet as per business need while maintaining the best possible standards of service and efficiency.

-Manage overall operation. Maintenance and administration of company`s fleet system develop fleet administration standards and operating policies.


-Monitor utilization of fleet and suggest improvement options.

-Using SAP system to Conduct cost analysis and prepare periodic analytical reports to analysis all opportunities to cut costs and improve efficiencies handle and conduct the processes of registration, insurance and maintenance related to vehicles, and if necessary, coordinate with the admin service section.

-Develop an inspection schedule pertaining to the fleet activities and record information concerning inspection output and time between inspections.

-Follow up and participate in solving problems related to insurance claims, appointments and resignation, safety policy implementation and emergency response in case of accidents.

-Seek for amendments/improvements keeping in view the business needs.

-Monitor and maintain a log of fleet sent to outside sources for repair source for repairs or maintenance.

-Review and process vehicle accident and damage reports.

-Handle all matters related with traffic authority and other public authorities related to the department.

-Ensure developing schedules for day to day operations of vehicle and help priorities and plan needs for vehicles among different internal parties.

Develop guidelines to assist in supporting educating and motivating employees to accomplish company maintenance programs in a timely and economical manner.

-Direct fleet-related risk management training such a safety and accident prevention programs.

-Ensure all necessary information related to equipment's usage, amount and depreciation is timely complied, recorded and shared with the finance and accounts department for further action.

-Ensure employees have an individual development plan and identify employees for training and development.

-Track performance of subordinates against established goals and objectives, and prepare recommendation for submission to DMD/MDs foe applicable performance incentives pay adjustments, promotions, establishment of new goals and objectives or corrective performance actions as necessary
