Starting up, Team development ramp up and operations handling for different support team in Egypt like RAC, HA, JAVA, AS, WLS and DB Generic teams.
Coordinating, Organizing and managing different projects to increase customer satisfaction, enhancing operations and reduce costs.
Managing performance appraisals, salary review and bonus allocation.
Managing customer situations and handling escalations.
Align IT technology with business demands to increase profit/margin.
Managing strategic accounts as single point of contact in Egypt and Africa Like Vodafone, Bank Misr, MTN, Ministry of Finance in Nigeria, Government of Botswana and some other similar strategic accounts in telecommunication, Banking and Governmental sectors.
Discussing business issues and align them with IT solutions.
Organize between customer and different LOBs in Oracle.
Minimize customer risks/threats and confirm quality excellence.
Provide technical and awareness sessions for our customers to work effectively with support.
Delivering new features for different DB versions to our customers and internally to other LOBS.
Providing Onsite support to key customers to assist in installation, tuning and knowledge transfer in DB & BI products.
Troubleshooting customers’ problems and proposing solutions for technology solutions bridging with business solutions.
Mainly delivering DB tracks courses and Developer tracks occasionally.
Develop internal applications for managing different resources related to classes, instructors and time management.
Deliver Microsoft trainings in Office, Access and HTML training
ITI Diploma in Software Skills Development.
