1 Responsible for organizing and preparing all schedules for italian instructors.
2- Responsible for following and evaluate teacher performance.
3- troubleshoot and solve educational problems.
1. Check & verify Freight Forwarder's invoices and obtain approval from respective department Head and forwards these to Finance for payment.
2. Prepare/scan the export documents including invoices, Certificate of Origin, Insurance declaration, and necessary docs for customs clearance … etc,
3. Track the shipments on regular basis after vessel’s departure and to keep informed the customer and the export manager accordingly.
4. Welcome and receive all foreign guests or agents of foreign companies.
5. Follow up all exported shipments with customs, foreign agents and shipping lines.
6. Prepare reports for shipments delivery.
7. Create database for all coming shipments with their details.
8. Receive and translate for Italian engineers, customers or exporter companies.
9. Do all requested transfers for foreign exporters.
1. Have the responsibilty to translate from italian into arabic.
2- Recieve and welcome foreign guests and companies.
