Main achievements and key deliverables:
 Successfully restructured and streamlined the overall investments of Union, articulated the strategy, subsidiaries board executive committee leader in-charge of restructuring and transformation of finance functions, and set all policies and procedures for Union and cascaded them to the sub-holdings and subsidiaries through the organizations board of directors.
 Restructured Union finance function to meet all the new organizational change including developing and setting all policies and procedures manuals
 Aligned finance function to the overall strategy and created KPIs
 Improved and developed new financial reports
 Provide leadership, source and execute investment opportunities
