- Coordinate with different business unit managers, marketers, and
stakeholders to fulfill the market needs and requirements within figured
budgets
- Assist and supervise the team on yearly budget plans for marketing
campaigns and educational symposia on different platforms
- Ensure all HCPs and stakeholders always abide by global compliance
policies and budget limitations
- Attend Livanova VNS surgeries and clinics for epilepsy
- Coordinate case management with local hospital unit coordinator to follow up on patients pre and post-operatively
- Create and deliver course content to health care professionals and patients on epilepsy and evidence-based current treatment options
- Organize awareness campaigns alongside physicians and hospital program coordinators to promote therapies and increase referrals
- Attend and promote Medtronic neuromodulation surgeries and clinics for pain management, spasticity, movement disorders and GU disorders, in addition
to Livanova VNS surgeries and clinics
- Create and deliver course content for Medtronic and Livanova neuromodulation portfolio to healthcare professionals, colleagues, and patients
- Assist in organizing medical conferences both national and international
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as daily reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential
sales outlets
- Maintain customer relations through intra-operative support, patient device programming and follow-up
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks
