Responsible for:
1. Shutdown & Outage Planning
a. Prepare list of all activities require SD and follow-up resources, tools and outsourcing.
b. Co-ordinate with Projects and develop integrated plan for Maintenance & projects activities.
c. Prepare S-Curve and daily progress sheet during SD period.
d. Write Close Out report at the end of the SD, Lesson learnt and Vendor Evaluation sheet.

2. Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
a. Issue weekly, Quarter and Annual Maintenance plan.
b. Holding weekly planning meeting to discuss the weekly plan, Safety Critical Backlog, manpower KPIs and corrective /Preventive Work Orders ratios.
c. Update Master Plan as required according to the Work order feedback.
d. Prepare Maintenance monthly report and the associated KPIs for the rotary machines (Asset Integrity KPIs, SCE Backlog Graphs, Manpower KPIs and Work Order Statistics).
e. Implementation of the modifications and new projects in the plant.
f. Follow-up with material department the safety & Production critical spares status (Requisition).

3. Maintenance Budgeting
a. Prepare assumption sheets for maintenance departments.
b. Prepare Proposed/Revised Budget sheets.

4. CMMS supervision
a. Administrate (GMS) CMMS software package, define users and set privileges.
b. Train New Engineers on CMMS.
c. Develop any reports and statistics as required from Management using “crystal reports package”.
d. Upload Implementation data into CMMS.
e. Supervise upgrades for CMMS package and make sure the new version is stable.

Responsible for:
o Implement, upgrade, follow-up and troubleshoot Company CMMS Packages (GMS, MMS) at clients' side.
o Design the appropriate Forms & reports that cover the clients’ needs and ensure the most usability from the data available at Clients databases.
o Train Clients' employees using the Company's CMMS system and Crystal Reports package.
