Responsible for providing technical support duties for the ATM Maintenance Service Operations. Provide 2nd level in-depth technical field support and assistance to Service Engineers in need. Responsible for analyzing weekly and monthly report of Worse ATM Machines and provide permanent solution to what is causing the problem to include customer’s ATM site visit. Assists in the project development process and investigates ATM related electronic hardware and software failures as directed by the Service Operation Manager.
The basic responsibilities are:

•hardware installation, maintenance, and upgrading
•research and troubleshooting
•routine network administration and maintenance
•network documentation
•database supervision
