- Branch Technical Supervisor
- In charge of the general Insurance underwriting processes.
- In charge of the all quotations & Brokers relations for the eastern providence branches.
- Including all branches’ Technical processes.
- Monthly Branch performance report.
- In house per risk survey .
- in charge of coming up with policy packages that meet the needs of various clients.
- Provide a technical training for the newly underwriters cleric .
- Handling the General insurance claims without authorities for settlement .

Production :

- Issuing all Non-Motor (General ) policies, Preparing renewal notes.
- Prepare the Monthly production reports .
- Generate a product's loss ratio & client's loss history .
- Inspect locations to be insured and prepare the survey reports .
- All clerical work necessary in the processing of the insurance policy /endorsement.
- Allot a number -Open a files and keep chronological track on the policy - Keep a register of all incoming and outgoing Correspondences related to my department.


Claims
- Open the new claims through the system, generate a file, handling all claims processes : ( open, partial settlement, final settlement, close as no claim, re-open ) .

- Prepare the Monthly claims report : Outstanding, Settled, recovery .
- Survey the loss / damage and prepare the survey report .
- All clerical work relating to the claims, File claims as per branch filing system, Data entry and received claims .
