Operations & Sales
• Developed and implemented the sales and marketing plan, determined and assigned sales targets to the field sales force and the stores staff, monitored sales activities and ensured completion of targets.
• Devised the stores budget, oversaw promotional and marketing campaigns, allocated finances for various business activities and controlled costs.
