* Creating marketing strategic plans and budgets on annual basis and monitoring
it quarterly

* Identifying target markets and developing strategies
* Liaising with other internal department such as sales, admin, operations,
planning and HSE
* Presenting suggestions to company directors and top management
* analysis potential markets and opening new channel
* Developing marketing strategies and programs in boosting the sales
* Leading marketing team (Marketing Assistant, Social Media Specialist, Graphic
Designer)
Projects:
* Managing over 45 international exhibition and tradeshow covering all activities
starting from exhibition studies, space location, tendering booth design and
choosing the contractor, catering, cleaning, hosting, photography services,
entertainment activities, built-up onsite management and show management
till event evaluation and visitors categorization.

and update their knowledge with the new corporate plans in friendly
environment
