$104M construction and engineering turnkey project was completed in record 12 Months.
• Planned, designed and managed major expansion and modernizing remodeling of Lacosta. The 1km
long Red Sea resort in Jeddah project was a year-long project budget valued at $8M.
• Executed engineering structural research of Cold Steel Framing construction system to transfer it to
MENA area with cooperation of two American companies, SCCI Global, LLC & The Steel Network, Inc.
• Established sourcing division for building material from China aimed at reducing project costs.

Established Food Processing & Engineering Company “F.P.E.”, achieving $1M in sales year one followed
by an average of 30% YoY revenue growth. Cultivated business with highly renowned domestic and
international manufacturing companies such as Heinz, Americana Group, Unilever (Nestlé), Juhaina,
Domti and Farm Frits.
• Supported HASICO for Engineering Company to win the tender of Sidi Krir power station project
consists of two 250 MWcombustion turbine generators, the comprehensive renovation and extension of
Wadi Al-Nile Hospital for a value of $0.7m as well as the restoration of the historical Wadi El Natrun
Monastery $0.5m.
• Re-established “H.A. Sultan Farm Company” strategy to become the largest Egyptian exporter to the
European Union market in the organic potato market, reaching $2.5M per season.

Works and Housing in Mecca. The $24M construction and engineering turnkey project was completed

• Delivered the Waste Rendering Plant for Slaughterhouse for Islamic Bank for Development in Mecca.
The $114.4M construction, engineering and infrastructure turnkey project was completed in record 12 Months.
