Assist the Accounting manager in preparing the annual budget.
Coordinate monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
Work with both internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.
Maintain system of accounts and keep records on all company transactions and assets.
Report, analyze, and ensure integrity of all financial information.
Conducting the needed processes of issuing the periodic financial statements.
Participate in the stock count committees and the cash count committees anytime needed and submitting the related reports.
Ensure that all subordinates are performing with due professional care and are committed to submit all requested reports on time.
Evaluate progress of subordinates to ensure that departmental targets are achieved effectively and efficiently.
Preparing and on time submission of needed reports according to the work requirements.

6. Petty cash status follow up along with aging
