• Responsible of projects planning including the time, budget and resources.
• Acting as a decision maker in the company strategy plan and involved in sales and presales plans.

• Execute the tasks as defined in the project plan in order to achieve the project goals
• Study RFP and tenders. In addition to the professional composing of proposals.
• Involved in project life cycle from RFP, going through proposal approvals until project closure.
• Prepare proposal initial estimation (cost, time, resources, and risks).
• Prepare detailed project plan including detailed WBS, detailed activities, Project schedule, scope, cost, resources, risks, quality and procurements.
• Decision maker in the complex activities solutions, system integration, solution architect and database design.
• Identify key project team members by defining roles and responsibilities to create a project organization structure in order to develop the communication plan.
• Improve team performance by building team cohesiveness, leading, mentoring, training, and motivating in order to facilitate cooperation, ensure project efficiency, and boost morale.
• Helping in designing prototypes using the creative glance and technical tools (Visio).
• Communicate with the customer / team using different methods and bilingual (Arabic / English)
• Help in building robust framework processes over all departments.
• Unitize the in-house built CMS (TACSoft) system modules with different customers and estimate the changes and the new modules for each site.
• Teaching Microsoft .Net & SQL course for the scholarship sponsored by the ministry of information technology.
• Manage student tasks, attendance and exams
• Use the learning facilities as projectors, team viewer and internal management systems.
• Develop financial system using MS Visual C++ 6.0 based on ORACLE or Access databases.
• Develop reports using crystal reports
• Test the achieved tasks and apply re-fix iterations
• Packaging and deploying the application
• Teaching Microsoft Visual C++ & SQL course for the scholarship sponsored by the ministry of information technology.
• Manage student tasks, attendance and exams
