Handling Maghreb (Tunisia, Libya, Morocco & Algeria) from project creation to close project in R3 :
Create and parameters project in R3
Issue purchase orders
Manage logistics, preparation of commercial documents, document legalization to get the goods from the supplier to the end customer
Creating Sales orders, invoices
Material movement and service receipts in SAP
Project control until close project
Coordinate between finance, project managers and technical service
Coordinate between Market Company, TPS, TPX & Customer
Maintain monthly meeting with project managers & finance
Support Project Manager with project Management work (planning in R3, project parameters in R3, project control…)
Ensure process compliance and month-end accounting activities for projects
Ensure my role as Super User Project Coordination (Conduct end-user trainings, support and coach End-users, solving issues fully and timely, secure respect of process)
Conduct end user trainings, support and coach End-users in project Management
Initiate and lead monthly project reviews

Coordinate installed base with Cluster
Create customers, installed base and sites
Ensure that Tec Base is updated by all users
Train new users

Monthly and annual Reporting to the management team
Handling customer claims
