• Managing the day to day related tasks, Customer Service issues, Ticketing & direct sales, Frequent Flyer Program, communications, coordinating Int. Travel and packages, and all related correspondence.
• Conduct business meetings with clients and finalize deals.
• Assisting the Regional Manager office and handling relevant issues as and when required.
• Coordinating all sales related communications and daily reports with various related departments, and follow up thereafter.
• Handling the daily sales reports
• Looking after Groups travel arrangements, hotel booking, communicating with various entities abroad, as well as after sales follow up and monitoring.
• Train and support newly joint staff.
• Tasked with front line sales, Ticketing and reservation day to day activities
• Handling the Frequent Flyer Programs of various member airlines, looking after customers’ issues, resolve problems and discrepancies, update status and do the required follow ups.
• Keeping and updating the CRM, Frequent Flyer relevant data base.

• Arranging and keep track of Customer surveys.
• Attending to clients’ phone calls and handling office issues, visitors’ needs and courier.

• Responsible for the Handling of Royal Jordanian airlines Frequent Flyer Program and all relevant issues, development and updating the system’s database.
• Handling Customers’ queries and complaints
• Perform other office tasks as assigned by management as and when required.
I have moved to this job to develop my skills and gain more experience in the Tourism Industry, and my job profile included the following:
•Dealing with our outbound tour operator in Germany, France, UK, Japan, Malaysia, China & USA.
•Coordinating with our service providers in Syria to tailor make tour package (Airlines, hotels, transportation, guides, restaurants, museums ...etc)
•Issuing quotations and proposals and submit them to the management for approval.
•Acquiring Ministry of Tourism approval on the tailor made programs
•Coordinating the arrival & departure of the groups
•Meeting the groups in person and discuss there specific needs.
This was the first step in my carrier in this field and my responsibilities were:
