1. Trainer for the employees in the department of Information Technology and supervised them in day to day jobs.
2. Participate in establishing a new data center in the Directorate of building government (Identify requirements and specify specification, Design the Data center and Tenders study).
3. Build new platforms server infrastructure where servers host windows sever 2008 operating system and provides important services (DC, DNS, DHCP, ISA and TMG).
4. Troubleshoot technical problems reported by employees, such as: Install, troubleshoot and maintaining software and devices such as printer, scanner, laptops and personal computer. Diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults, network connection, and replacing parts of hardware as required.
5. Study the requirements and set plans to enhance the provided services in continuous basis.

1. Responsible for effective installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of Platforms and Servers Infrastructure in the Computer Center including Mail systems, Network Servers, Anti-Virus Central System & console management.
2. Administer infrastructure servers including (DC, DNS, DHCP, ISA and TMG) and Exchange email system.
3. Troubleshoot technical problems reported by staff members and students, such as: Install, troubleshoot and maintaining software and devices such as printer, scanner, laptops and personal computer. Diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults, network connection, and replacing parts of hardware as required. In addition to assists faculty and staff in configuring remote communications, special classroom and lab workshops for students.
4. Provide Technical training for University students.
